Returns<\/strong><\/p>\n

You can return the products you bought from our online store within 30 calendar days from the date of receipt of the shipment. Attach the completed statement of withdrawal to the shipment and send it to:<\/p>\n

The returned product must be unused and sent back in its original condition, including the decorative box in which it was delivered to the customer.<\/p>\n

We will refund you after verifying that the product has arrived in full value and using the payment method you used when placing your order.<\/p>\n

Note<\/strong>: Returns do not apply to products mechanically damaged by the dog (e.g. bite, tear). More information below.<\/p>\n

Complaints<\/strong><\/p>\n

We make sure that our products are of the highest quality. However, if the goods you bought revealed a defect you can always file a complaint.<\/p>\n

Send a complaint report with photos of defects to e-mail:\u00a0info@musso.pet<\/a>. We will order a courier to pick up the defective product, attach a legibly completed complaint form to the shipment. Return the claimed product in its original packaging, i.e. the decorative box in which it was delivered.<\/p>\n

Damage caused by a dog<\/strong><\/p>\n

Sometimes a dog will bite through or damage a harness, leash or collar - especially in the case of puppies or dogs left unattended. Such damage can involve both leather and metal components.<\/p>\n

Such damage is not considered a product defect and is not subject to complaint or return.<\/p>\n

We recommend that you do not leave your dog with accessories unsupervised, especially during the period of intense chewing (until about 6-7 months of age), as well as in stressful situations. It is also a good idea to provide your dog with suitable chews or toys to distract him from the accessories.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/section>\n<\/div>\n
