TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR THE PROVISION OF NEWSLETTER SERVICES
§1.
Preliminary provisions
These regulations (hereinafter: "Regulations") set out the detailed rules for the provision of the "newsletter" service

The Newsletter service may be used by an individual or a person acting through an authorized person.

Musso does not charge Users for the provision of the Newsletter.
§2.
Definitions of regulations
Terms used in the Regulations are given the following meanings:
a) Administrator - Musso Sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Warsaw (03-318), 11/9 Michała Kleofas Ogińskiego Street,
registered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw

b) Registration form - a form completed by the User with his/her personal data in the
registration process;
(c) Commercial information - Commercial information within the meaning of the Act of July 18, 2002 on
Provision of services by electronic means (i.e., Journal of Laws of 2017, item 1219, as amended), hereinafter: the SSA;
d) Newsletter - a message in html format transmitted by e-mail containing, among other things.

(f) Service - a service provided by the Administrator electronically, consisting of sending a

§3.
Rules for using the Newsletter Service
Newsletter Service, provided at the request of the User after the conclusion of the Agreement, includes:
(a) receipt by Users who have provided the Service Provider with their e-mail address, by way of
electronically, including by means of̨automatic calling systems, commercial information
concerning the Service Provider's products and services, including, in particular, information on current offerings,
promotions, discounts and marketing campaigns,
(b) receipt by Users who have provided the Service Provider with data including their
name, surname, street, house number, apartment number, postal code, town, country, road
by mail commercial information regarding the Service Provider's products and services, including in

(c) receipt by Users who have provided the Service Provider with their telephone number,
including by means of automated calling systems, commercial information regarding

Ordering Newsletter service means concluding an agreement between the User and Musso on
provision by electronic means of the service consisting in sending the Newsletter ("Agreement") and follows

§4.
Services

§5.
Users' Responsibilities
Users' actions should be carried out in accordance with applicable laws and regulations and

§6.
Responsibility
Musso shall be liable for the content of the Newsletter under general principles.

§7.
PERSONAL DATA
The administrator of the personal data of Users who are natural persons submitted in the

§9.

§10.
Change of regulations

Law, including in particular those arising from the User's status as a consumer
in the understanding of Article 22[1] of the Civil Code.

The law applicable to the Contract between the User and Musso, the subject of which is

Unless otherwise stipulated by mandatory law, all disputes regarding
contracts entered into under the Terms and Conditions between Musso and the User shall be decided by the courts.
