Regulations for sharing invoices

I. General Provisions

The Regulations set out the rules for providing invoices electronically.

The legal basis for issuing and providing access to invoices, invoice corrections and duplicate invoices in electronic form is the Law on Value Added Tax of March 11, 2004 (Journal of Laws 2020, item 106, as amended).

The terms used in the Regulations shall mean:

a) Musso - Musso Sp. z o.o. with its registered seat in Warsaw (03-318), ul. Michała Kleofasa Ogińskiego 11/9, registered in the register of entrepreneurs kept by the District Court for the Capital City of Warsaw in Warsaw, XIII Economic Department of the National Court Register under the KRS number 0000954190, NIP 5213956417, REGON 521277468, with the share capital of PLN 15,000.00, issuer of invoices, invoice corrections, duplicate invoices in electronic form,

 b) Online Shop - Musso online store available at: www. musso.pet

 c) Customer - a natural person, a legal person, an organizational unit without legal personality, who has concluded a sales contract with Musso in the Online Store and has given consent to issue and make available invoices, invoice corrections and duplicate invoices in electronic form,

 d) e-invoice - Invoice, invoice correction, duplicate invoice made available to the customer by Musso in electronic form in PDF format. An electronic invoice is equivalent to a paper invoice and constitutes an accounting document,

 e) consent/withdrawal of consent - consent given or withdrawal of consent by the Client to issue and provide invoices, invoice corrections and duplicate invoices in electronic form,

 f) e-mail - e-mail address for the provision of e-invoices, indicated by the Customer at the time of registration of the Account or when placing an order,

 g) Regulation - Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (General Data Protection Regulation),

II. Consent to receive invoices, invoice corrections and duplicate invoices in electronic form

Invoices, corrections and duplicates may be received by the Customer electronically at the indicated e-mail address and/or through the Account in the Musso Online Store.

The condition for the Customer to use the possibility of receiving an e-invoice is to give consent at the time of registering an Account or when placing an order in the Online Store.

By providing an e-mail address, the customer simultaneously declares that he/she is the holder of this address. Musso is not responsible for sharing the e-mail address with third parties or for the actions of Internet operators.

The e-invoice service will be made available from the billing period following the date on which the statement of consent to receive invoices electronically is properly submitted.

The date of delivery of an e-invoice is the next business day after the date on which the invoice is issued and made available in the system of the Online Store or sent to the indicated e-mail address.

In the event of a change in the law governing the issuance and transmission of invoices, invoice corrections and duplicate invoices in electronic form, Musso will adjust its procedures accordingly, of which it will notify the Customer. In this case, re-approval of services will not be required.

In the event that technical or formal obstacles make it impossible to send invoices electronically, they will be delivered to the Customer in paper form. The Customer agrees to accept invoices in paper form in the above situations.

III. Provision of invoices in electronic form

Invoices will be sent from the email address: e-faktura@musso.pet

The format of an invoice, invoice correction and duplicate invoice in electronic form is a PDF file (free software for reading PDF files can be downloaded, for example, from www.adobe.com).

In the event of any difficulties in accessing e-invoices, the Customer can obtain assistance at the following email address: info@musso.pet. In such a case, Musso may issue a duplicate invoice in paper form at the Customer's request.

IV. Change of e-mail address

The customer is obliged to maintain an active e-mail address listed in the application, during the period of use of the e-invoice provision service.
In the event of a change in the e-mail address to which e-invoices are sent, the Customer is obliged to immediately notify Musso of this fact by completing a statement about the change of e-mail address on the website of the Online Store or by electronic means to the e-mail address: info@musso.pet

V. Processing of personal data

The administrator of the User's personal data provided during registration is Musso Sp. z o.o. with its registered office at Michała Kleofas Ogińskiego 11/9, 03-318, Warsaw.

The data used for the proper transmission of invoices electronically is recorded, stored and secured only within the framework of applicable law, including the Regulation.

The processing of personal data will be carried out only for the purpose of implementing the e-invoice service.

Information about the processing of personal data in connection with the conclusion of the Sales Agreement is available on the Musso website https://musso.pet/regulamin-sklepu/ As well as at Musso's headquarters.

Personal data will be processed on the basis of the Customer's consent given when submitting the declaration of consent to receive invoices electronically when registering the Account, and for the purpose of investigating and defending against claims on the basis of Musso's legitimate purpose.

Consent is voluntary, but is necessary for the use of the e-invoicing service. Consent may be withdrawn at any time, without affecting the compatibility of the processing of personal data on the basis of this consent before its withdrawal. The withdrawal of consent, however, results in the inability to use the e-invoice service.

Your data may be transferred to the following categories of recipients: entities acting on behalf of Musso, in particular, entities providing consulting, accounting, bookkeeping, IT services, security or property services, as well as postal and courier operators, banks, entities providing debt collection services.

Your personal data will be processed for the purposes specified in the Terms and Conditions until you withdraw your consent to the processing of personal data or do not accept changes to the Terms and Conditions, and for the period necessary to assert or defend against claims.

In connection with the processing of personal data, the User has the right to access his/her personal data, to rectify his/her personal data, personal data, to restrict processing or delete personal data in cases specified by law, to object to the processing of personal data and to transfer personal data to another administrator. In addition, the User has the right to file a complaint with the President of the Office for Personal Data Protection.

Where the basis for processing is for a legitimate purpose - the User has the right at any time to object to the processing of data, on grounds related to his/her particular situation.

VI . Final Provisions

In matters not regulated in the minor Regulations, the applicable legal regulations shall apply.

Musso reserves the right to amend the provisions of the Terms and Conditions at any time without the need to provide a reason.

In the circumstances indicated in paragraph 2, Musso will notify customers by sending information about these circumstances to the e-mail address and by posting such information on the website of the Online Store

The amendment of the provisions of the Regulations shall not affect the rights and obligations of the Recipient acquired by the Recipient prior to the entry into force of the amendments.

The regulations come into effect on August 1, 2025.
